Before becoming a vocational welding, metal fabrication and sheet metal teacher, Neil gained
over 40 years of experience in various types of welding. His experience includes structural steel
and bridge welding in New York City, pipe welding and pipe fitting, manufacturing welding,
titanium racing bicycle manufacturing welding, US Navy submarine welding and fabrication,
precision machining welding, sheet metal fabrication, and thin gauge welding. Neil is also a
certified welding inspector and certified welding educator through AWS – CWI/ CWE.

With Neil’s trade and teaching experience, he can provide one-on-one or group welding instruction on job sites or manufacturing facilities, teaching pipe welding, structural steel welding, or sheet metal manufacturing welding. In addition, he can help people master welding inspections, training instructions, or welding licensing testing for organizations such as the DOT.
Finally, he can aid people just to gain additional foundation knowledge in material science, welding, or creative blacksmithing.
